The last decade has seen rapid growth in military and intelligence cyber capabilities globally. This growth has been mirrored on both sides of the Atlantic and was further bolstered following a pledge by of mutual defense in cyberspace by NATO member states in 2014. As technology continues to grow in importance to nearly all aspects of modern life it is important to consider the implications of the future of cyber conflict.
